Information we collect

When you contact AI Agency Hub, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, enquiry category and message. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and selected interactions, including form submissions, quote starts, booking starts, and clicks to call or email.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to respond and provide the requested service. Aggregate usage information helps us maintain the website, understand discovery and improve conversion paths. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics.

Service providers and retention

Maintenance quote, callback and consultation requests are processed through Threshl, stored in AI Agency Hub’s business dashboard and sent to our enquiry email inbox. These requests may include your phone number, website, goals, contact preferences and preferred consultation windows. Request forms keep a request fingerprint and retry key in your browser’s session storage to prevent duplicate delivery; they do not store your contact details there. Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, email delivery and analytics, including Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information. We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service administration, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, including Do Not Track, which this site respects for its Google Analytics loader.
